Mike Wrenn is CEO of National Real Estate Insurance Group, Affinity Group Management and a member of the Board of Directors for several insurance and real estate investment companies. He has successfully acquired and directs companies in the real estate arena. Mike’s dedication to this industry is exemplary. His intense passion to not only be successful, but also to change communities for the better, is unmatched. He prides himself on investing and running companies that not only help investors be more profitable, but also gives them the education they need to be successful entrepreneurs. Mike has been an independent insurance agency owner since 1978. His insurance heritage goes back four generations to 1896 in Marceline, Missouri. As an active real estate insurance investor and provider, Mike stays involved in economic and community growth activities.

Tim Norris CEO

Tim Norris is an industry-recognized speaker, educator and real estate investor, with interests in single-family homes as well as commercial property. A recipient of the R.W. Carstens Humanities Award, Tim is currently President/CEO at National Real Estate Insurance Group and Affinity Group Management (AGM). Previously, he served as President/CEO of Norris & Associates Insurance Agency from 1991-2008, a top-10 nationally ranked Nationwide Insurance Agency. Tim resides in the Kansas City area with his wife and three children.

Becky Cole Chief Financial Officer

Becky Cole is responsible for all recording and reporting of financial activities. Becky began working with Wrenn Inc. in 1999, and joined the Affinity Group Management team in 2004. Becky puts nothing short of her blood, sweat and tears into the success of the Program and is its behind-the-scenes backbone and sage. As a vital member of this team she is a guiding force for fiscal growth and stability of the Program, now and into the future.

Juli Vaupell Executive Vice President

Juli joined the team in 2009 as a client service representative and has unsurprisingly grown to become a Regional Vice President. Juli oversees the east coast sales of REIGuard and is known to be the “keeper of the knowledge.” Her primary focus is to build a strong team of managers who will promulgate efficient and friendly sales while creating a fun working environment for the NREIG team. At work she is quick-witted and punctual, at home she is a proud wife and mother of two rambunctious, beautiful boys.

Shawn Woedl Senior Vice President

Shawn Woedl, Vice President of National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG), is an industry-recognized speaker and educator with an emphasis in Commercial Property. Prior to committing to growing NREIG into the largest and most profitable Insurance Program in the Country, Shawn spent the previous seven years with CORE Insurance Group, specializing in large habitational risks nationwide. When Shawn is not selling insurance, he can be found at the Warriors Academy training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or spending time with his wife, two children and Bane, his English Bulldog. Shawn resides in the Kansas City area.

Sara Nobles Vice President, Affinity Loss Management Services

Sara manages program claims as an intermediary between National Real Estate Insurance Group clients and the respective carriers. Sara came to REIGuard in 2012 as a client service representative, only to become a manager for NREIG and now runs the operations for Affinity Loss Management Services. Sara began her insurance career in 2004 as a property claims adjuster for a national carrier and later as a producer for a local agent, specializing in commercial lines. Her breadth of knowledge of the unique program coverages, policy language and claims processes makes her an effective, key member of the insurance operations.

Juliana Shipp Director of Marketing

Juliana is responsible for marketing programs, business development, and corporate sponsorships of National Real Estate Insurance Group. She directs the company’s Affiliate Marketing Program, social media, website development, as well as manages and oversees sponsorship and event opportunities. Juliana’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. She joined the company in 2014 and has four years’ experience in insurance and five years in client relations management.
