PriscaTech, our new technology platform, is part of our continued commitment to providing a smooth, secure, and efficient experience for our clients. While many behind-the-scenes improvements will empower our team to better serve you, here’s what you can expect directly: 

  • Improved security with enhanced compliance features and data protection, including secure online payments.  
  • Easier document handling with integrated DocuSign for quick, online signatures.  

As a result of our new platform, please be aware of the following updates:  

Client Portal Downtime

To support this platform transition, the Client Portal is currently inaccessible. If you need to make changes to your coverage, add a new property, or request an EOI during this time, please click here to submit those requests 

Billing Notices/Changes

Invoice Notifications

You will receive your Monthly Inventory Report 10 days before your autopay date outlining the coverage and status of you active properties. Please review this report and advise your Client Service Advisor of any necessary changes or updates. You will receive a final invoice of charges one day before your autopay runs. 

New Transaction service fees:

  • $1 per ACH transaction  
  • $5 per check transaction  
  • 3% fee for credit card transactions
  • Up to $20 fee per wire transfer transaction  

Signature Requirement for Endorsements

All policy changes (endorsements) will require your signature of acceptance. Signatures can be easily added through the new DocuSign integration.  

Payment Due at Time of Bind

Payment is now required at the time of bind for any new locations added to your account. 

“The Program” is now called REInsurePro

As part of the platform transition and broader efforts to simplify and enhance your experience, you’ll begin seeing REInsurePro used as the official name of the program. There is no change to our company name or ownership associated to this update. You can expect:  

  • System-generated emails will be sent from an REInsurePro email address.  
  • REInsurePro will be listed as the merchant on payment receipts and bank/credit card statements.  
  • The REInsurePro brand will be reflected within the online experience, including the Client Portal.
